Keep in mind that the Irish language had only 19 letters in it years ago-there was no 'K'...thus Faragher/Farragher was the local spelling-until the English (not Ellis Island) anglicized it after family members migrated to Liverpool/Manchester,etc. during An Ghorta Mor (The Great Hunger-never was a Famine!) I love the pix!
